Anyone know of pdf or other download-able versions of the WordPress documentation? Everything seems to be HTML based. Thanks.

WordPress changes so much that we keep the primary documentation on a Wiki. So, no, there’s no really easy way to download it.

I know this isn’t exactly what you want but I thought I’d toss it out there anyway, if you login to the Codex you can change the default skin by clicking “Skins” (I choose Monobook). Then click “Main Page” in the left sidebar after which you will see an option at the bottom of the sidebar called “Printable version”.

Hi, how about downloading a free pdf converter like Do Pdf.
    http://www.dopdf.com Its free.
Basically its just a printer driver, so when you see a web page you want in pdf you simply print the page with dopdf and it will save the file in pdf rather than printing to a page.
    I use it a lot.
    hope this helps.
    Mike.
