# WordPress database update problem

 * Hi,
    My site is running on WordPress 3.6 when I update this version, front-end
   is working well but when login to admin panel, WordPress asked me to update database,
   when I click on update database button, WordPress show a white blank box. After
   this step when I try again to open admin panel, WordPress show me the same update
   database screen.
 * Kindly Help me

 * Hi,
 * It is a known issue with WordPress 4.2.2. In order to resolve this error, you
   will have to flush the all caching plugins you are using. If you’re running a
   cache like Redis, Memcached, or APC. You may need to flush them too. Also, this

   tried it after clearing all cache, but it not working, and also i tried after
   disabling all plugins from database but nothing happened. I read all topic, link
   mentioned below.
