# WordPress database error – Table ‘wp_comments’

 * I am getting this message in the admin area:
 * WordPress database error: [Table ‘wp_comments’ is marked as crashed and last (
   automatic?) repair failed]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved
   = ‘0’
 * The site is working fine though. Is there a way correct this error ?

 * I’m having this problem but the quick howto didn’t work..
 * Here’s the error I get:

    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved = ‘0’

   = ‘spam’
