# WordPress database error (duplicate entry?)

 * I visited my site today, [http://www.thetruthaboutcreditcards.com](http://www.thetruthaboutcreditcards.com)
   and found these error messages next to each post entry:
 * WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]
 *  INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (’59’,’_utw_tags_0′,’
   a:0:{}’)
 * And upon creating a new post, I got this error:
 * WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]
 * INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (’59’,’_pingme’,’
   1′)
 *  WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘7’ for key 1]
 *  INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id,meta_key,meta_value) VALUES (’59’,’_encloseme’,’
   1′)
 * I haven’t changed nor edited the site since they happened. The last time I visited
   the site everything was fine, and today the error message appeared. So it wasn’t
   anything I created. Please advise on what I can do to resolve this. Thank you!

 * I get this message since one hour:
 * Error establishing a database connection
 * This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.
   php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at rdbms.strato.
   de. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
 * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    Are you sure that you
   have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running?
