# 'WordPress database error Duplicate entry' help please

 * Hi… I have WP multi-site (example [here](http://blog.antipole.co.uk) ) and I 
   am getting occasional errors – typically a pair a few seconds apart occurring
   every few weeks. In other respects, all is well. I have no idea where to start
   on this. Can some kind soul point me in the right direction? Which plug-in for
   example? Example follows below.

 * wp_7_feed_subscribers is not a standard table. What plugin made that?

 * That’s my difficulty – I don’t know. Plug-ins active on this site are:
 * Good Writer Checkify
    Feed Statistics Error Log Monitor Contact Form 7 All In
   One WP Security Hide-n-Disable-comment-url-field iframe Multiple Galleries SB
   Child List Simple Tooltips Simple Vimeo Shortcode Subscribe2 TablePress
 * I think it is likely to be one that records stuff about users, rather than just
   formatting output , e.g. iFrame. I suspect _Subscribe2_ or _All In One WP Security_

 * This should be fixed in version 4.0.1, which should be available as an update
   shortly.
