WordPress database error:

Can any one give help me fix this issue. I entered this into my article trying to embed a mixcloud player to post on my site.

I entered : [mixcloud]http://www.mixcloud.com/MindThaGapRadio/mind-tha-gap-radio-01-january-2014/[/mixcloud]

The page now looks like this.

Could someone let me know what I am doing wrong?
