    @t-p

is that theme compatible with WP3.4.2?

Yes, i talked to the support and they said it would support it.
I tried several times to install it but mysql won`t install the table.

    check these minimum rquirements:
โ–  PHP version 5.2.4 or greater
โ–  MySQL version 5.0 or greater

the versions is MySQL 5.5.27 and PHP 5.4.7 everything is downloaded by the latest, haven`t got a clue what to do??

E-commerce themes generally don’t work alone — they’re typically designed to work with a particular e-commerce plugin such as wp-ecommerce or woocommerce. Do you have the necessary plugin installed and activated?

yes i got woocommerce installed it said it would work with that plugin

    Hi

E-commerce theme is compatible with 3.4.2 and it should work just fine. Amy is correct, you likely didn’t upload both folders (framework and child theme). Upload both folders to /wp-content/themes and then activate the child theme.

To get support for your theme submit a thread in Templatic forums

I have uploaded both themes and i can see them in wordpress and i only activate the child theme but it still dont work, i get the same error message, i asked the support forum and they told me that has to be something wrong in the mysql database but i cant figure it out? I haven`t got a table wp_orders in mysql

Table creation should be initialized while activating the theme. Try activating some other theme (like Twenty Eleven) and then e-commerce. Also try loading the dummy data, that might help.

    hi.ยจ
I got the tables that were missing before but it still dont work, the site goes blank, i cant even get a debug message anymore.

In that case login and submit a ticket in our Helpdesk and provide your wp-admin and FTP info – our guys will have to check what’s going on

    Good luck!

agreed Templatic has great support for their products. No one will be able to help you as good as the creator ;).

Unfortunately we have/had a pretty bad reputation when it comes to support so it’s really nice to hear you say that. We’ve put a lot of thought into improving support, glad to see it paying off ๐Ÿ™‚
