# WordPress Database Backup

 * A client of mine is using WordPress Database Backup. It saves her files in a 
   zip and emails it to her every week. If it all crashes or gets hacked, will this
   plugin reinstall everything except the theme files? Does this replace a phpadmin
   backup?

 * If it saves and mails only files, then no. You need a backup of the database –
   usually in the form of a single .sql file.
