 * Both [/wp-login.php](http://www.bluebirdsolar.in/wp-login.php) and [/wp-admin](http://www.bluebirdsolar.in/wp-admin)
   work fine on my end. Can you test with a different browser, or computer?

 * Once you login the dashboard is working very slow. Nothing is opening and a timeout
   occurs.

 * Are you running the latest version of WordPress? I would perform [a manual update](https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update),
   and see if that fixes the issue. Also, are you using any caching plugins? They
   can sometimes cause issues.

 * I am running on the latest version of wordpress. I have a caching plugin activated
   too. Should i delete that first or should i perform the manual update first?

 * I would start with deactivating the caching plugin, then do the manual update.
