WordPress dashboard taking forever to load, and website is down

    Hi all,

    For the past week or so my website has been down or excruciatingly slow, and logging into my dashboard and clicking around is painfully slow.

    Server is Bluehost.

    Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing the problem?

    I just visited your site and it loaded incredibly quickly for me.

    I ran a speed test and it came through with flying colors:

    I really appreciate the time you took to assist, kjodle.

    After I posted my request, I decided to delete my latest post as I did fiddle a bit with some of the HTML functions in that post as I was trying to resize a video.

    Once I deleted that post, like you I noticed my website was running at normal speed again but my wp-admin site was down.

    I ended up manually reinstalling the new WP via ftp and it seems to be working okay now.
