WordPress Dashboard Slows Down After Extended Login Session

I’m experiencing an issue where the WordPress admin dashboard becomes noticeably slower after being logged in for an extended period (1–2 hours).

The frontend of the website loads normally, but inside the dashboard:

• Pages take longer to load
• Media library becomes slow
• Switching between settings tabs feels delayed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into the WordPress admin panel
2. Keep the session active while working (editing posts, uploading media, updating settings)
3. After some time, dashboard responsiveness decreases

Environment details:

• Latest version of WordPress
• Google Chrome browser
• Standard shared hosting environment

I have already:

• Updated WordPress to the latest version
• Cleared browser cache
• Deactivated unused plugins

Has anyone experienced similar behavior?
Are there recommended debugging steps to identify whether this is server-related, database-related, or session-related?
