    can anyone help me please when I visit Dashboard it shows this message `Fatal
   error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520
   bytes) in /xxx/xxxx/xxxx/wp-admin/menu.php on line 254` So what I do? please 
   help me urgent

 * You can increase the amount of memory allocated to php by editing your wp-config.
   php
