    Hello, please my wordpress dashboard does not have a plugin or a plugin tab. please is there anything you can do to help me? I really need the plugin in my dashboard.

    From your profile you have a WordPress.COM site. WordPress.COM does not offer you a plugin option and you cannot install your plugins there.

    If you need support for your .COM site then you want to ask in the correct forum.
