WordPress Dashboard

Hi. I can’t see any of the buttons of my dashboard. The “New” button with drop down menu, nothing.

No drop down menus, no other options to edit my website, only jetpack, events and profile. And when I click on events it says I don’t have sufficient permission to access the page.

I’ve tried to access my website from another computer and had to change password because it wasn’t allowing me to log in. Now I have a new password but no access.
