wordpress cron job issue

    I install the plugin RSS to Post but when it run it take me to the wordpress installation page. mywebsite.com/wp-admin/install.php after few minutes its retrieve the back to its normal position. I want to know why its happing, My website memory limit is 128MB. I am using latest versions of WP.
