# WordPress critical error when activating plugin

 * Hi,
 * We’re using the latest version of the plugin and was activate for quite some 
   time, however, today, the site crashed and displayed a WordPress critical error.
 * I deactivated it and this resolved the critical error message. When I reactivated
   it, the message came back.
 * Can you take a look to see what might be causing it?

 * Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
 * The fatal error will trigger a debug.log line, could you please enable the debug
   mode following this guide [https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/](https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/)
 * Then enable the plugin again, the same issue is going to happen, but this time
   check the wp-content > debug.log file, download it and upload it to Google drive
   then share the link here.
