    It looks like PHP is fading away…
    its surviving majorly because of WordPress and Laravel.

    TIOBE Index – TIOBE

    Im interested in a new version of WordPress in alpha built from scratch using Rust and Python. For 2030 it would be a fantastic CMS to launch along side Php version of wordpress.

    WordPress with Wix like frontend and Strapi like middleware and WordPress like backend…

    PHP is used on more than 80 percent of sites, its not fading away, unlike some people are trying to speak for more than 10 years.

    If you want python, there are some alternatives to WordPress written in python, feel free to try.

    Meanwhile Rust is used as language to compile apps, not as web serverside language

    OfCourse PHP is vastly used, so was Java. Everything that Rise has to come down 🙂 PHP is not bad but after checking Rocket – Simple, Fast, Type-Safe Web Framework for Rust WordPress could be better with Rust or even Python. Atleast as an experimental fork WordPress can evolve in a new path…
