# WordPress compatible trouble ticket system

 * I’ve been looking for a trouble ticket system that would be easily integrated
   into my WordPress driven web site. That means it would be nice if it supported
   WP themes or is so easily configurable that I can execute at least some of WP’s
   code within it.

 * BTW, the reason for the trouble ticket system is for clients to contact me when
   they have IT problems and need help – so it’s almost like a help-center/knowledge-
   base/problem-entry system, and no so much like a software bug tracking system.
