# wordpress.com to wordpress.org issue with redirection

 * i have been trying to set up a wordpress website for many months with little 
   success….
    I started with wordpress.com until i realised i could get a wordpress.
   org site.
 * I decided to redirect the nameservers from 1and1 to bluehost and download their
   wordpress to use wordpress.org.
 * When i log into bluehost and click to login to wordpress to takes me back to 
   the wordpress.com login page instead of it wordpress.org.
 * i get the following message: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain 
   not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to 
   use this domain.
 * i have tried clearing all the cache and also clearing the dns using the command
   prompt but i still have no luck.
 * how can i stop the redirection to wordpress.com? i just want a wordpress.org 
   site.
 * many thanks for your help and apologies for my ignorance in advance.

 * It is very possible that you are getting that message because the domain is in
   the process of propagation. This process can take up to 72 hours.
 * If you still have trouble viewing the site after 48 hours have passed, please
   try clearing your browser’s cache: [http://www.refreshyourcache.com/](http://www.refreshyourcache.com/)
 * If that doesn’t work, try clearing your local DNS cache: [https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html](https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html)
 * If any of those don’t work I would suggest reaching out to WordPress.com support
