I don’t see that theme or its parent in our repository.

Also, you posted your original question in the WordPress dot com support forum instead of the support forum for that specific theme…

If you can work backward from where you found that theme you might find some support there…

You might just want to create your own content anyway instead of relying on demo content… Or find a supported theme that you like whose demo content suits your purpose.

@jnashhawkins thanks for this. Any tips for how to get to the “forum for that theme?”

I definitely want my own content… but the theme pops up *without* the blocks that drew me to the template… e.g. the triptych gallery with text. I don’t care about the images or text themselves, I just want the formatting (i.e. the blocks) all set up for me.

Is there a streamlined tool for looking through the supported themes? One reason I downloaded this one was b/c the demo site looked right already, and my goal is to avoid reinventing the wheel and not spend a long time on design, and instead focus on content :-). Thanks!

Answer to original question: install the FSE plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/full-site-editing/

I’m a bit worried that you are throwing plugins at the problem…

I see where the theme came from Automattic but I’m not seeing any demo or anything else about it or its parent theme.

My suggestion would be to dig around the repository and find a theme you like… Add your content to it. You can always change themes when you find something else.

    https://wordpress.org/themes/

I usually start with Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Seventeen, or else Astra, Frontier is another favorite of mine. Keep in mind… content stays with the site so content created under one theme is usually still available for the next.

    Hope some of this helps.
