[Resolved] WordPress Charged Twice for a Single Template

  • I just purchased the InfoWay template on the WordPress site, but then when I selected InfoWay as the template for my blog, WordPress had the nerve to make me purchase it a second time! Needless to say, if both charges show up on my credit card, I’m going to be extremely frustrated with WordPress.

    What’s worse, there doesn’t even appear to be a way to contact WordPress to make sure my purchase only went through once.

    What should I do?

    WordPress.ORG does not sell anything. If your site is on WordPress.COM, you need to ask on their forum here:

    http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

    And BTW, posting on the forum IS the way to contact them. IF there is a problem, you WILL get a refund.

    Aaand sorry for sending that msg when I was feeling really ignored/frustrated. Probably could’ve been handled more tactfully on my part…I didn’t realize these messages would be posted in a public forum.
