 * The underline feature was removed in WordPress 4.7, because underlining text 
   causes confusion, since readers may interpret it as a link. Links are underlined
   by default on most sites, and adding it manually doesn’t really work for adding
   emphasis as well as italics or bold does.
 * You can still add underlining yourself, if you like, using the U tags in HTML.
