    In the title you mentioned “
   search engine”. In the post you asked about publishing a post. (Submit to review
   to whom?)

 * I meant inside the Word Press blog directory,
    blogsearch engine.com This is 
   where you go in with user ID and password and write your own description as a
   post.
 * All I did was write and save it. Didn’t see where I could publish it or submit
   it for review.
