# WordPress automatic upgrade plugin

 * Someone has written a plugin that supposedly automatically upgrades WP. Is this
   worth using?

 * I have a WP blog on my wife’s domain but it was exploited by hackers so the webhost
   folks are demanding I upgrade to the latest WP however the last time I tried 
   to do this I lost all content and had to go to my backup with the older version.
   I followed the WP instructions TO THE LETTER but had all sorts of problems. Any
   advice, instructions, etc. on how best to approach this is desperately needed.
   I don’t want to lose my blog but if I can’t get the upgrade to work WITHOUT losing
