WordPress app stopped working and is not connecting to my site

    Hello,

    After updating my wordpress app a few days ago i started to get a connection error when I tried to post to my blog.

    Lilyrosefaulks.com

    I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and now it won’t allow me to add my site, using the ‘add a site’ button. I enter the username/password and then lilyrosefaulks.wordpress.com. It authenticates but nothing appears.
    If i use lilyrosefaulks.com, or put http:// in front of it or www. then i get a message that says “unable to find a wordpress site at that URL. Tap help etc”

    This seems to have happened since i was prompted to upgrade to 3.9.2.

    I’ve repeated the process multiple times and now i get multiple versions of what looks like my username@wordpress.com which is not a real blog.

    Why would you enter lilyrosefaulks.wordpress.com (which is a WordPress.COM hosted URL) when your domain is lilyrosefaulks.com (hosted at GoDaddy according to http://www.whoishostingthis.com) ?

    The WordPress app you speak of … it this for iOS, that is, your iPhone/iPad or for an Android device?

    If so, the support section here would be the place to ask:

    I’ve entered lilyrosefaulks.com as I thought that was right. But I just get the error message Unable to find a wordpress site at that URL. Hence I started entering .wordpress.com at the end and at least I didn’t get an error message. After running this perfectly fine for 18 months, these are the first problems I’ve had.

    Thanks, I’ll go to that site and ask for assistance there.
