 * Hi….I am new here and relatively new to WP. I have a website up & running (of
   sorts) but am really stuck with setting up the shop.
 * I am running the NO NONSENSE theme with WP Menu Cart Pro and Woocommerce. I have
   been searching the net for days trying to find a resolution for my problems…when
   I upload catalogue images to the shop they come out hugely distorted as you will
   see at [http://www.healingprayerschool.org](http://www.healingprayerschool.org)
 * I have followed advice on changing the ratios within the settings but this does
   not change the size of the images. Several people have told me to change the
   CSS code but I cannot find anywhere on the site to do that.
 * I have tried several things already and originally posted this in the wrong forum–
   had tried what was suggested there and told to move here.
 * Having struggled for days on this I am fairly frustrated now and tempted to abandon
   the whole thing and start afresh with a different package. Any advice greatly
   appreciated but please remember I am a newbie!

 * NO NONSENSE doesn’t look like it supports WooCommerce fully and needs extra styling.
   You could look into a theme like storefront if the store is an important part
   of your site.
 * For images, you do need to use CSS. You can add CSS code to your theme’s css
   files, or use a custom CSS module like that found in Jetpack plugin.
 * Example css:
 *     ```
       .woocommerce div.product div.images { width: 20% !important; }
       ```
 * If you want an alternative theme, consider [https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/](https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/)
 * Thanks Mike Jolley. I had thought about storefront but inherited the current
   theme from the person my boss had build the website initially. She now wants
   to keep that theme so will not allow me to change to storefront.
 * I will try the jetpack plugin you suggest and see what that does.
 * Thank you.
 * You’ll want to see [https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/](https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/)
   in that case.
 * Thanks Mike Jolley…I will read through that. Just spoke to the boss who definitely
   wants to keep the No Nonsense theme we have and has asked me to use whatever
   I need to make it work?!
 * I am very new to all of this so will have to see how it all goes – particularly
   when it comes to coding.
