WordPress and Mobile

    Hi, I am new to WordPress. I need to develop a website for mobile devices. Not looking for a responsive web solution, but a site developed specifically for mobiles. I have some questions:

    – How I can integrate the site with wordpress? (ie to obtain posts, categories, etc).
    – I need a .m subdomain (eg m.mydomain.com.) How do would implement this approach?
    – I need to include SOME pluggins I’m using the “desktop site” to “mobile site”
