[Resolved] WordPress and Google Analytics are gone since i changed Design

  • WordPress and Google Analytics are gone since i changed Design. any thoughts about this please?

    I have plugin “Another WordPress Tracker Plugin” for google analytics, and “WordPress.com Stats” plugin for WordPress stats.

    i was changing site layout and after that both statistics are gone.

    I was trying to move place of that smile face, and i took this code

    <!-- <?php echo $wpdb->num_queries; ?> queries. <?php timer_stop(1); ?> seconds. -->

    smile face was gone… and then i put the code back to Footer but face never came back.

    also, I moved

    </body>
    </html>

    from the Header to Footer.

    could this be a reason?

    anything please? help. :S 🙂

    thank you

    @samboll

    upload fresh copies of your theme’s header.php and footer.php

    before modding files – make a back up

    thank you. that is a good ideia. i should have known better actually… :S

    ok done!

    basically i just deleted <?php wp_footer(); ?> and this way neither wordpress stats nor google analytics could add their plugin since it is supposed to be located after this same code.

    easy.
