 * One of the support technicians told me to use Fantastico as opposed to manually
   installing WordPress. I used Fantastico and after one click it all worked.
 * When I looked for the install.php file, a message saying the following came up
   and I don’t know what to do next:
 * > Already Installed
   > You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your
   > old database tables first.
 * Please help.
