 * When encounter unknown wordpress functions, I used to visit:
    [http://phpdoc.wordpress.org/branches/3.8/](http://phpdoc.wordpress.org/branches/3.8/)
   and do a search through.and find the function details and functions that have
   similar names.It is very helpful and time saving. but lately, it returns a status
   of 403 Forbidden sometimes, why?

   might try [http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference](http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference)
   for many (but not all) of the core functions.
