WordPress admin too many redirects

We logged in to our site earlier today and made no changes. Later, the site http://www.bellumc.org still works but I cannot login to admin. The admin login page now looks different and when I enter my login info, it stalls and says, “too many redirects.”

I thought it must be a hosting problem. They worked on it, I restored domain and databases, it still does not work.

Any ideas? Is this a WordPress problem?
