 * Good Morning,
 * After the last update, in the wordpres panel when you are creating a post (top
   right) the two guides that indicated by green, red or orange light have disappeared
   if the “readability and SEO” was correct.
 * Thanks for your attention.

 * Hello [@respondeme25](https://wordpress.org/support/users/respondeme25/),
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * We are sorry the readability feature of Yoast SEO is no longer working for you.
   We would like some more information:
    - Can you confirm you have the right user permissions? You can check by going
      to Users->Your Name->Yoast SEO settings (may need to scroll down) and confirm
      that both “disable SEO” and “disable readability” are unclicked?
    - Can you confirm that the SEO, Readability, and Insights are all enabled by
      going to SEO->General->Features and checking that SEO, Readability, and Insights
      are all enabled?
    - Can you confirm that the SEO and Readability are enabled on the posts? You
      can check by going to SEO->Search Appearance->Content Types and seeing that
      the Yoast SEO Meta box says “Show”?
    - Can you confirm that if you go to the post/page and click on Screen Options(
      in the top right) that all the right options are enabled? If you are using
      the new Gutenberg editor you will need to click on the dots in the corner
      and select options. See image: https://pasteboard.co/I0PzCxd.png which highlights
      how to check this.
       This article should help serve as a guide for some of
      the settings – https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-enable-disable-the-keyword-analysis/.
    - Thank you.

 * Thank you very much for the reply. I have verified everything and it is correct,
   the only problem is that as I have mentioned, the readability function in the
   posts has disappeared. I don’t know if there are other options or will have to
   wait for a new update. Thank you.

 * Hello [@respondeme25](https://wordpress.org/support/users/respondeme25/),
 * Thanks for following up. We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that
   might be caused by our plugin!
 * Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that
   may occur. The fastest way to do this is to **deactivate all non-Yoast plugins
   and switch to a standard theme** like [Twenty Nineteen](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/).
 * Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend
   using the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check **without affecting normal
   visitors to your site**.
 * As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like
   to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:
   [How to check for plugin conflicts](https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/).
 * Thank you.

 * Thank you very much again for your help. After doing all the checking, the conflict
   is between the Yoast Seo plugin and the WordPress Classic Editor plugin, i.e.
   this plugin:
 * [https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/](https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/)
 * When I disable the Basic Editor plugin then yoast SEO readability does work.
 * Is it possible to solve this conflict ?, I am sure that there are many people
   who prefer to work with the classic editing panel in wordpres.
 * Thank you for your attention.

 * [@respondeme25](https://wordpress.org/support/users/respondeme25/) Thanks for
   your reply. Unfortunately we weren’t able to replicate the issue when using only
   the Classic Editor plugin and Yoast SEO active. jCan you please confirm whether
   you tested the issue using a default theme such as [TwentyNineteen](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/)?

 * Good afternoon, thank you for your attention.
 * Yes, I confirm that I have tested the TwentyNineteen theme by disabling all plugins
   except Yoast SEO and the problem persists.
 * 100% sure that the incompatibility exists between Yoast SEO and the classic editor
   plugin. I hope it helps you create a solution.
 * Thank you!

 * [@respondeme25](https://wordpress.org/support/users/respondeme25/) Thanks for
   confirming. There is currently an issue report open with our developers here:
   [https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15711](https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15711).
   Whereas we are unable to provide an ETA as to when this will be resolved, you
   can follow the issue report for updates on it’s resolution.
