• The extra space from the non-breaking space looks ugly and I have to go in text view and remove it every time. I post 10 times a day and it is getting old.

How can I fix this? I’ve seen lots of requests for help with this matter but NO solutions. What’s up WordPress? Do you not care? It has been like this for years, and even with the latest update, same thing. Please advise.

Are you sure this isn’t a CSS issue?

yea, when I go into text view there is a   added after the text on every new post. I just did a test on another blog of mine that uses the Twenty Eleven default template and I get the same thing.

I don’t see the same on the main blog page with Twenty Eleven or even Twenty Thirteen … is it possible the issue lies elsewhere (in the content itself or perhaps with some other plugin)? Apart from switching to a default and unmodified theme, have you tried deactivating all other plugins?

Can you also provide a link showing a live example?

Thank you for checking, I just disabled all the plugins and it stopped the behavior, now to pinpoint the problem one. I guess I should have checked that before posting. Thanks again.
