WordPress addition menu option

    I was wondering how I could add a page to a menu plus a anchor tag, without using a custom menu item type.
    ex.
    I have two links I want:
    /pageone/
    /pageone/#anchorlink

    I want the second one to reference the page itself so that if the permalink changes the link that has a # won’t break.

    Is this possible with a plugin or theme function?
