WordPress adding "\ \" to html code

Hi,

I am working on a site and I encountered a problem that wordpress add extra codes to the html I write or even when I’m editing using wysiwyg editor, on the dashboard everything seems to be good but once I check it on the front end it messes up the html codes below is an example of the problem:

original code: <h1 style=”color: #000080; text-align: center;”>

code in the front-end: <h1 style=”\”color:” #000080; text-align:=center;\”>
