# WordPress Add Plugin Problem

 * Hi,
 * May I know why I cannot find any plugin in wordpress “add new” plugin?
    It show
   me this kind or error message “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be
   wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have
   problems, please try the support forums.”
 * How to fix it?
    Thank You

   any different error message?
 * Try reinstalling WordPress via Dashboard > Updates.
 * Use FTP to check the folder permissions for your wp-content/ and wp-content/plugins/
   folders. Are they 755?
