Good morning! LOVE this plug-in, have been using it on my homepage for years at: https://thinq.com

Woke up this morning to an alert that my site was upgraded to WordPress 5.6.2 overnight.

The slider now just shows an image loading animation and never completes?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear timothymclain.

    1. Please, can you see the whole image whether it works fine for you or not? Because this problem appears if the image link does not work.

    2. You can deactivate plugins and see if there is a problem or not.

We are waiting for your reply to help you.

Good morning, thanks for the quick response!

Do you see the loading image as well?

I’ve opened the slider and all the images are working, here’s the first one that should load:
    https://www.thinq.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/00-thinq-io-2020.png

I deactivated it, and instead of seeing a loading icon I now see this in its place:
    [Rich_Web_Slider id=”2″]

So I turned it back on.

I’ve loaded https://thinq.com on phones, a tablet, a Mac and PC, all get the loading animation uniformly, clearing cookies/incognito doesn’t change it.

    Thanks!

    Tim

    Dear timothymclain.

    1. Does the whole image work for you?
    2. Deactivate all plugins except the slider.

    Thanks.

Yes, the whole image loads for me here. Should for you as well:

I have lots of plug-ins running – not a fan of turning them all off. What will this do? You’re looking for incompatibilities?

    Dear timothymclain.

Just deactivate the plugins and see if there is a problem. Then you activate it.

    Thank You.

Turning all my active plug-ins off didn’t change the behavior. Still showing a perpetual loading animation on my home page @ https://thinq.com

Ended up re-creating the sliders in WP Carousel Pro – back up and running on my home page and across my site.
