 * Please update this plug-in to be compatible with WordPress 5.5. I can no longer
   customize URLs for my downloadable files, and the interface for including a featured
   image has reverted to the Stone Age.

    WPDM is compatible with WP 5.5, but may you please explain your issue little
   more and it will best if you may give me some screenshots too.

 * The problem was a jquery update in 5.5. We have patched the WPDM javascript and
   corrected the issue. Thanks.
