 * Announcement: after update to WordPress 5.3 WPBE has javascript conflicts and
   doesn work – Update will be today 13-11-2019 GMT+02:00!

 * I just installed 5.3 update. When I write pages (in Gutenberg) the whole page
   continuously diverts back to the top of the page. Which makes it impossible to
   write in new blocks. Does anyone else has these issues??
