WordPress 5.3 issue with line breaks

After the last wordpress update for 5.3 line breaks stopped working in wordpress. They seem to be there in the blck editors but when the page is rendered they disappear making it hard to read.
whats going on? My site is https://isscreenprinters.com . We are a screen printing company so our clients judge us on how our site’s copy looks.

I cannot upgrade to 5.4 yet. Still waiting for a few plugins and my current theme to be upgraded unfortunately. New leads for my business almost completely depend on the internet i don’t want to break anything by upgrading wordpress before the upgrade(s) are finished.
Is there anyway to patch it? Or code I could edit?
