 * I have wp ver 4.6 and its not working and I cannot upload any media neither I
   can delete. Theme options are also not working, I cannot upload any forms or 
   edit the existing ones. Ab btao kya kru ??/ What should I do now ?

 * Deactivate plugins, activate default theme and check again. If everything okay
   then its a problem of you theme/plugin. If you still facing the problem, may 
   be the WordPress update was not going well, update it again.
