WordPress 4.4 new install – can't login Cookie Error

    Why can I not login? I am getting the cookies are not enabled message and it is a real pain the the you know what. I build this server using CentOS after I had the same problem with my Server 2012 R2 install.

    Someone please tell me why a fresh install of WordPress will not let me login.
