 * Hi! I’ve recently updated my WordPress 4.2 automatically. After that, the website
   doesn’t appear nor the administration page (wp-admin).
 * I’ve decided to transfer my WordPress Site to another stable hosting site. How
   can I transfer my WordPress Site? I’ve failed to create an export file. How can
   I bring back my site in a new web host?

 * Many web hosts will either help you migrate your site or even do the migration
   for you, at the very least will give you steps to do the migration.
 * Perhaps contact your new hosts support, see what help they are willing to provide.
   If they are unwilling to help, maybe find a host whose support is actually supportive?
