 * Help! We just upgraded to 4.0. Since the upgrade, our entire site is different.
   There are pages missing from the top menu on the home page, but when we look 
   at the menu all of the pages are there. Please help us …

 * It may be because of compatibility issue of WP 4 with any of your plugin. Un-
   install each plugin one by one and check which one is causing the problem.
