WordPress 4.6.1 dashboard is not equal in Firefox and IE

    Hello
    I updated my WordPress website to 4.6.1 about 10 days ago. Since then, my dashboard is not equal in Firefox and internet explorer. Most of the dashboard options have disappeared from Firefox dashboard, but all of them are available in IE. For example I cannot find “All Posts” or “New Post” links in my dashboard in FX. I tested this problem with both my desktop and laptop with Windows 8 (32bit) and Windows 8.1 (64bit). I have IE 11. I tested the problem in FX 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and now in 47. All of them have this problem. I cleared all FX history and cookies too, but the problem still exists. I tested in both online server and local server, but the problem exists in both of them. I updated my online website to 4.7, but the problem still exists. I deactivated all plugins in the online server, but no luck! I installed a fresh version of WordPress 4.6.1 in the local server, but no success. I use the Persian version of WP on both online and local servers. I have downloaded my WP installation from the formal website of WordPress: http://fa.wordpress.org.
    What is going wrong?
