[resolved] WordPress 3.8 GCE stopped updating (5 posts)

Since the 3.8 update it seems the GCE running in list mode using shortcode [google-calendar-events id="1" type="list" title="" max="3"] is not refreshing and is still displaying December 31 through January 3. The calendar is still functioning and populated. I believe it is only since the wordpress update that this stopped, though restoring to a backup of a previous version did not fix it. I have refreshed the feed to no avail.

    Website in question: thorsbyhaymaker.com
Link to the GCal in question: Thorsby Haymaker Calendar

    Thank you for any help.

What do you have the "Retrieve events from" option set to?

Retrieve events from: Beginning of Time --offset:0
Retrieve events until: End of Time --offset:0

I should mention I have a custom stylesheet, though I can't see how that would affect this.

You have it set to display 3 events, starting from "The beginning of time" (the first event in your calendar), which is what it is doing.

If you want it to display upcoming events, setting "Retrieve events from" to "00:00 today" or "Now" instead should do the trick.

Such simple logic, yet I missed it. That did the trick.

    Thank you.
