Yep! Just tested Multicons on WP 3.6 – this one works with “36”
My advice – Don’t be hasty with the 3.6 update – Check all your other plugins first.
I’m checking all plugins on a testing site before I update any of our WordPress installations. Don’t need my clients to have all the problems from 3.5 again
Unfortunately I do not know how to mirror my whole site as a testsite. Would be a good idea, but don’t have a solution for that.

Multicons is functional with 3.6.
