I’ve used this plugin on hundreds of installs and have never had one issue. Then today tried to run the package locally (on xampp) like I’ve done hundreds of times before, and it just doesn’t do anything. * It tells me to check my log files and when I do I don’t see any errors. The last line of my log file is : CREATING PACKAGE and that is it. * I thought maybe it was a 3.6 thing, but I just loaded up another site locally and duplicator ran just fine. It just refuses to run on this site (33mbs total). I click create package, and 3.84 seconds later get “system constraint” message. No clue at this point! * Again, it works on other WordPress installs locally (XAMPP) but this site it just refuses to work no matter what version of the plugin I try.. You don’t have enough disk space left on the server. On many hosting providers they give you a really small sandbox to work in so its always good to double check what your real quota is… * 2. A permission issue. Check out the [FAQ pages](https://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-docs/) for different solutions to try for permission issues. * 3. Your memory or timeout settings in your php.ini are to low and the process is timing out. It’s not any of those issues as this is a localhost on my personal computer. As I mentioned, I can run duplicator on other sites on my local computer just fine, it’s just this site in particular. So it must be something unique that is messed up in the database or a fluke thing. * I ended up giving up and just doing it the old fashioned way by exporting/importing the database manually. But it is still really strange and I hope I don’t run into it again. I have had several users report back that the default install either didn’t allocate enough memory or they had some permission issues like a read-only flag set on their windows box… * Also if your running any plugins like wp-minify or a cache plugin that creates long file names, say over 260 characters in length it can cause issues as well… * Thread Starter [61pixels](https://wordpress.org/support/users/61pixels/) * (@61pixels) * [12 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-36-package-wont-create-no-errors/#post-4046523) * Memory issues wouldn’t be a problem considering hundreds of my other sites locally on XAMPP all run it just fine. This site is only 30mb total, others I’ve ran locally are 100-200mb+ . * No caching or minifying plugins run either, exact same plugins + setup as my other sites locally.
