• I updated my websites to WordPress 3.2.1 and now the website is not working correctly. I am unable to preview and publish my products pictures and descriptions.The preview page shows only the post title or lists all of the tags where there should be my product photo and description. This is occuring on both websites I updated. All of the photos and description created prior to the update are fine. I also had my host support team look at the site and they informed me that they think it is the theme. They tried another theme and it worked just fine. Worpdpress 3.2.1 is not compatible with Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven. I have tried both and the same problems occur. I am using Twenty Ten. The big problem to me is all of my websites are on Twenty Ten. Please assist me in correcting this problem.
    Thank you for your time and attention.

    Thank you for answering my problem.
    I disabled my plugins, reset my modem and tried Twenty Eleven and Weaver2.2. They did not correct the problem.
    Why is everything before the update fine? the only thing i did was backup my site and pushed the button to update my site
    Any other ideas???

    Definitely it’s not the theme as 3.2.1 can support both twenty ten and twenty eleven themes.. Try to backup all your content and re-install the wordpress 3.2.1 and then re-publish all the data

    Go to settings, general, media and see if anything is in the “Store uploads in this folder” – if anything, it should be wp-content/uploads with no / before the wp.

    This is the only way I could fix the update problem

    WP 3.2.1 update media / editor fixed

    There was no problem with the update on my local machine.
    Found the problem relating to the database on my virtual host.

    It might be worth starting with a fresh database and importing the backup of your content only.

    Also using this method there is no need to add the following to your wp-config using this process:
    define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );

    I’ve had a lot of problems with 3.2.1 including an inability to edit widgets and an inability to add images to posts. The solution I’ve found was to downgrade to 3.1.4.

    It was a scary process but it fixed all the issues. 🙂
