WordPress 3.2.1 Portuguese / Brazil is not available.

I prepared for an upgrade of my WordPress installations and had a surprise.

The dashnoard offers automatic updating to version 3.2.1 English, but does not appear in Portuguese.

Investigated the causes, and version 3.2.1 in Portuguese of Brazil, was removed because there is a problem with the translation file. That was in July. Until now has not been resolved, and other information suggests waiting for version 3.3.

Is that accurate?

I would not want to make this update manually, there would be no possibility of creating a version 3.2.2 to fix it?
